Directions for Use
Toothpaste: Apply to teeth and gum lines 30 minutes after eating using a cotton pad, clean finger, finger brush, or soft toothbrush. Rub gently in circular motions. Do not microwave. Store cool - sit jar in hot water to re-melt if needed in warm weather.
Seaweed Powder: Sprinkle on food daily and mix in well.
