Refund policy

We have a strict 14 - day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide your order no.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@australiananimaloralcare.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us unless advised otherwise. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If a discount code was used to purchase, the discounted value will be refunded only.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Credits are considered on case by case basis.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to explain why you request a refund for our record keeping and you may be requested to provide a photo.

Change of mind is accepted if product is unopened and unused.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, treats & supplements cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Used Toothbrushes, Pet Treats, Dental Toys, Mirapet Ultrasound 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@australiananimaloralcare.com

We can email you a post paid label to use for your return one time so there is no cost to you

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your returning will be tracked via Australia Post. 

Allow up to 7 days for confirmation of your return and refund / replacement options.
