How to Use

Hold the brush head against each tooth for 30–60 seconds, working around the mouth (top, bottom, and inside). Repeat slowly at least 2–3 times per session.

Initial phase: 2–3 times per week for 15 minutes to remove existing tartar and bacteria
Maintenance phase: 1–2 times per week for 5–10 minutes once tartar is cleared
Mild–moderate tartar: 4–5 sessions. Heavy build-up: 6–10 sessions.
Consistency is key.

Introduce slowly, be patient, and reward often - your pet will get used to it quickly.

Does it replace vet dental cleans entirely? It significantly reduces the frequency. We recommend a professional dental check every 2 years to assess overall oral health. For severe tartar (Grade 4+), a vet clean first is recommended, then Mira Pet maintains the result.

Is it safe for cats? Yes - Mira Pet is suitable for both dogs and cats. Cats will need the small brush head to fit in their mouth

How long does the battery last? The device is USB rechargeable and designed for regular weekly use.

I purchased the Mirapet ultrasound toothbrush after much consideration. It is a bit of an outlay but I am so pleased I did. While I don't brush every night, I do brush on a regular basis and together with the toothpaste and dental spray there has been a significant improvement in my dog's teeth and breath (especially his breath!) The vet is always impressed with his teeth and strangers will ask how I keep his teeth clean. I am also grateful to Australia Animal Oral Care who have been so helpful and generous in their assistance and support. Can't recommend them enough.

A solution I've been looking for.
The thought of always having my dog anaestised for a dental clean just seem ludicrous.
I do brush my dogs teeth but tartar still creeps in. This Mirapet completely removes it and my dog tolerates it very well. What a great invention.
