Choosing and caring for the toy

Choose a toy that suits your pet's mouth size and chewing behaviour. Do not offer it if your pet could swallow it whole. Loofah wears down and can shred during chewing, with wear varying from pet to pet.

Always supervise use, inspect the toy throughout the session and remove loose pieces. Discard it if it becomes damaged or small enough to swallow. This is a toy, not food; do not encourage your pet to eat it. Follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Alongside everyday dental care

Use this toy for supervised chewing and enrichment. It does not replace toothbrushing, veterinary dental examinations or treatment, and should not be relied on to remove plaque or tartar. If your pet has a painful mouth or difficulty chewing, seek veterinary advice before use.
