Directions for Use

Method 1 - Cotton pad: Spray 2–3 times onto a cotton pad and gently rub in circular motions along gum lines, paying attention to the back molar area on both sides.

Method 2 - Direct spray: Spray 1 pump directly into the mouth onto teeth and gum lines on each side.
